Challenges:

Building one architect designed house isn’t challenging enough, so we thought we would build two new Architect designed, Feng Shui houses together.

As the developer Newmark was responsible for the entire design and approval process and were also the builders. The houses both incorporate Feng Shui principles along with many other site restrictions such as one battle axe block, a narrow sloping site at the front, and multiple neighbours.
